Peace of mind is independent from our physical condition.
Personal peace creates an environment conducive to healing within the body.
I have found it is the best way to allow the body’s natural healing ability to occur.
Personal peace is intent, choice and action.
I know now for sure that my daily practice of meditation has had the most dramatic effect on my inner and outer life.
And it all began with my desire (intent) my willingness to sit quietly (choice) and then following through (action) even in those moments when I didn’t want to. I truly believe that love, peace and joy are what matters most in my life.
