If you find you are restless or unable to sit peacefully, it’s because you have not established yourself fully in the NOW.
Remember, the body is always in the now. The mind wanders. All you need to do is bring your attention to your in breath and your out breath. Watch your breath moving in and out. Smile to it. Each moment then becomes nourishing and healing.
Being “aware” that you are breathing means you are really here!
