Mindfulness and Support Gathering Info



IS IT OK TO JOIN FOR THE GROUP MEDITATION PORTION AT 4 PM AND THEN LEAVE AROUND 4:20?


YES! YES! YES!


I will be leading a guided meditation (no experience necessary ) during the first few minutes of our virtual weekly gathering.


If you want to meditate with us for a few minutes and then split - that’s a ok! If you need a little extra love and support by a few of your soon to be friends, stay! Love to have you for however long you need!

Here’s some information to help you decide to participate or not.


Does your mind wander? Do you sometimes find it difficult to focus?


Mind wandering is quite normal. It’s actually part of our survival mechanism to be on the lookout for danger.


In fact, a Harvard study found that people experience mind wandering about 47% of the time.


Meditation is a form of awareness training or attention training to help you be calmer and have more clarity in your day.
