When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change ~

Oh what a beautiful morning!

I bundle up every morning and meditate outdoors on my porch for 30 minutes (unless it’s raining then I head into my garage). Today it is cold but I need to be outdoors ~ to feel the sun, gaze at the expansive sky, watch the clouds going by and hear the birds. Helps me feel alive.

There is something so healing and restorative about being in nature. Sitting outside for my morning meditation practice seems to help me slow my thoughts down faster and prepares me for my day and what lies ahead.

I have a lot on my mind this morning so I AM challenging myself to remember one of my most favorite teachings from my mentor, Wayne Dyer:

When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.
