What an amazing privilege to lead the premiere destressifying workshop

February 10th, at LI Traditional Tae Kwon Do Family Center located in Setauket, New York. Here is a picture (minus our host Linda) of the courageous students of life who shared they were seeking more peace and some holistic tools to manage daily stresses.

~ When I let go of who I am I become who I might be ~ Lao Tzu –

That is a beautiful reminder on the announcement Linda sent out and a great intention. It's hard to do this at times (let go of who I use to be) because we all carry these untrue limiting beliefs that we say to ourselves over and over. "I am the person who (fill in the blank).

Imagine a mind that is willing to let go of just one limiting belief about ourselves today – just one. I set that intention before I taught and gave myself permission to let go of one thing. One thing. And then I leaned into that intention…I trusted and a miracle unfolded.
