There are so many people throughout my day who inspire me with their simple acts of kindness. The people who aren’t famous who live in joy and service.
My husband Rene returned home from running an errand and mentioned that he met one of our neighbors on the way home right down our street! It turns out their meeting occurred because the little boy had fallen off his bike and he was stuck and crying. Rene simply lifted the bike, left his car running, and walked the little boy and his bike home.
I was struck by his tenderness, thoughtfulness and willingness to be of service. My heart cracked open!
Today I intend to keep an eye out for opportunities to be of service through kindness.
