Who AM I?

“If you think you can, or think you can’t, you’ll be correct.”

Henry Ford

Who AM I? I ask this question every single day over and over and over as I settle into my meditation practice. Who AM I ???

How I respond creates my destiny ~ my future.

If I see myself as a whole, creative spiritual being here to simply express my joy, give and receive love and help others, my self image will be affirmed.

If I choose the limiting beliefs that I AM my body, my emotions, my thoughts, my titles, my bank account, my reputation, my education ~ I will not enjoy the magnitude of my purpose in this lifetime.

As I mature on the spiritual realm, I “notice” that I Am having more moments where I recognize that my spiritual nature is the only thing the world can’t mess with or ever take from me.

No matter what my experiences are, the joys and sorrows of my life, my true Self always remains whole and perfect.

I AM a spiritual being having a human experience.

And so it is.
